Archaeological Survey
A comprehensive archaeological survey of the Whitehaven Coast, commissioned by the National Trust and carried out by Cranstone Consultants in 2006 / 2007 is now completed and available to be viewed.
The survey is a major piece of work, drawing together existing reference sources and new research and is published in three volumes; a report, a gazeteer and a collection of maps. Click here to view the Archaeolgical Survey
