Artist Dan Ibbotson has been working with a group of Young People from Young Cumbria in Woodhouse, South Whitehaven to research and develop contemporary urban art and graffiti. Over 40 young people took part in the sessions and initially began work on pieces to fill the interior of the youth project building at St. Peter's Hall.

The next stage was to prepare a portable piece which can be seen here at the opening of the Cleaner Greener Safer play facility in Mirrehouse, South Whitehaven. Dan and Alan Macdonald from Young Cumbria have plans to scale up the project to large scale exterior pieces along the coastal strip.
